Koszdin, Fields & Sherry has maintained a continuous presence in Los Angeles County since 1955, representing injured workers exclusively in workers’ compensation and Social Security Disability claims across California.
All partners are certified specialists in workers’ compensation law through the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. The firm’s office is in Van Nuys, across the street from the Van Nuys Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, and staff are bilingual in Spanish, with interpreters arranged for other languages.

Started as a law clerk at the firm in 1979 and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1981. Certified specialist in workers’ compensation law. Has served as a judge pro tem and has been named among the top five percent of Southern California workers’ compensation attorneys every year since 2006.

Started as a law clerk at the firm in 1986 and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1991. Certified specialist in workers’ compensation law. Selected to Super Lawyers every year since 2009.
